This article provides a step-by-step guide which will help you execute your first swap using Bitflow’s DEX Aggregator.

First you want to make sure you have a Stacks compatible wallet, such as Leather (Formerly Hiro), Xverse Wallet app or OKX Web3 Wallet installed.

1. Visit app.bitflow.finance

2. Click “Connect Wallet”

3. Select the “SWAP” tab on the top menu bar to navigate to the swap screen.

4. Select a Token A at the top, “base token” or token that you currently hold.
​
5. Then Select the Token B, below, the “quoted” token, or token that you will receive in exchange.
​
6. Enter Amount that you will submit in the exchange or click MAX if you’d like to swap the maximum amount.

*Remember if you’re swapping $STX to leave enough in the wallet for transaction fees.

7. Within a few seconds, Bitflow will show the best rate, and return as much as possible of the “quoted” token (Minimum amount) for that swap route.

8. Review the selected route and easily compare it to other routes— Bitflow automatically finds and selects the DEX, route, and best rate for you.

9. Click the “SWAP” button to start your transaction.

10. Click “Confirm” on your wallet pop-up.

11. After clicking “Confirm,” you should see that your transaction has been broadcasted, the “Successfully Broadcasted Transaction” message will pop up, giving you the option to “View Transaction in Explorer” by clicking on the link to verify your transaction status.

12. Please note, It takes at least 1 Stacks block to confirm, or approximately 10–30 minutes for your transaction to be confirmed. This will be much faster, in just seconds after the upcoming Stacks Nakamoto Upgrade.

13. You did it! In just a few minutes, your requested tokens will be riding the wave straight into your wallet. Congrats, you’ve surfed across all DEXs on Stacks and snagged the best rate with just a couple clicks!
