If you sign transactions with a Ledger device through Leather or Xverse, your wallet or device may show one of these messages:
Ledger returned error: Data is invalid : Unexpected post-condition (code: 27012)
Data Invalid: Your Ledger device has rejected the payload stating it is invalid.
Blind signing must be enabled
Each one means your Ledger device rejected the transaction. The transaction was not sent to the network.
Ledger devices, the Ledger Wallet app and the Stacks app on your Ledger device are Ledger products, not Bitflow products.
How to fix it
Update the Stacks app on your Ledger device to version 0.26.19 or higher. Error 27012 means the Stacks app needs an update. For more information on updating, see Ledger's guide: How to perform a complete update of your Ledger setup.
Turn on blind signing in the Stacks app on your Ledger device. HODLMM withdrawals are too large to show on the device, so they always require blind signing.
Update Leather or Xverse to its latest version.
Go to https://app.bitflow.finance (not an older bookmarked Bitflow page), reconnect your wallet and try again.
Wide positions
Positions spread over more than 128 bins have had issues with Ledger devices. A later version of the Stacks app is planned to raise this limit to 512.
Reminder: Bitflow will never ask for your seed phrase, private key or recovery words.
